Week of Monday, May 10th– Unit 6 Assessments: Listening Comprehension, Opinion Writing and Sight Words.
Wednesday, May 12th– Crowing Mary: Students are invited to bring in fresh cut flowers all month to place around Mother Mary in our classroom.
Monday, May 17th– New Homework will be sent home
Friday, May 21st– Lesson 28 Quick Check Assessment
Friday, May 28th– Lesson 29 Quick Check assessment and Homework Packet Due
Kindergarten Prayer Service at 2:00 pm in the Church (only mom and dad are invited: as per administration guidelines) More information to come as we get closer.
Specials:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday (Spanish, music, guidance): Children need to wear their regular uniforms (no PE). Approved shoes and navy socks are required. Tennis shoes are not to be worn on these days. Belts are required if there are belt loops.

Writing: Opinion Writing, unscrambling, and writing a complete sentence, focusing on proper sentence formation
Math: The students will learn touch points to help solve simple addition facts and practice writing and counting to 100.
