  • Work on spelling packet or you can choose to practice this week’s words on Spelling City (username and password located in your child’s binder).

Reading

  • Practice Sight Words in Journeys Book- pg. 42-43
  • Read: Amazing Animals in Journeys Book. You can also listen to the story, located on the Padlet link

Grammar/Writing

  • Review Pronouns by watching Homeschool Pop Video on the Padlet.
  • Review Pronouns using IXL Grammar: GG.1

Journal Writing: print and use the journal writing paper located on the  Reading Padlet link if needed.

Journal Prompt: Choose 1 animal from the story, Amazing Animals and write 3 sentences about your animal. (continue to work on adding a topic/opening sentence to your writing before you add your detail sentences).  Nice and Neat Handwriting😊

Ex. A duck is an amazing animal. Ducks have webbed feet. Ducks can swim. They have feathers. I like ducks.
